Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase doesn’t fully meet your expectations, or if you need a different size, we’re here to help. Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that returns sent back without being registered through our returns portal cannot be processed.

Return Options

You can choose one of the following return options:

  • Exchange: Exchange your item for a different size.
  • Store Credit: Receive store credit for a future purchase, including a 5% bonus on the value of the returned product(s).
  • Refund: Receive a refund to your original payment method once your return has been received and processed.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • unworn and unwashed,
  • returned in their original condition,
  • and sent back with the correct packaging.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

How to return an item

To initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided on our returns platform. Returns must be registered within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

Free Returns for Exchanges & Store Credit

If you choose an exchange or store credit for at least one of the items you'd like to return, shipping is free of charge for customers located in:

  • Belgium
  • The Netherlands
  • Germany
  • France
  • Portugal
  • Austria
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • Denmark

Return Shipping Costs for Refunds

If you choose a refund to your original payment method, customers in the countries listed below can purchase a return shipping label directly through our returns platform at the following rates:

If you are located outside of these countries, or prefer not to purchase a return label through our platform, you may also return your order using a shipping carrier of your choice at your own expense.

Returning from the UK, US, or Norway

If you are returning an order from the United Kingdom, United States, or Norway, we strongly recommend using UPS or FedEx to help avoid additional customs charges or clearance delays.

If you choose a different carrier, please ensure that all required customs documents are included and that the shipment is prepared correctly to allow the return to clear customs smoothly.
